Please verify that there is a file named SQLSTART.CFG in your c:\gryphon_systems\sr_server directory (assuming you did not change the default installation drive and directory). This file should contain the following:
-q
-n srserver
c:\gryphon_systems\sr_server\sr.db
c:\gryphon_systems\sr_server\acme.db
If the file is missing or does not have the proper information in it the runtime database engine cannot start properly. Please make sure the configuration file is properly set-up and then try to start Strategy Roundtable again. If the software still will not start please contact us at tech-support@gryphonsystems.com for assistance.
