After installing the Strategy Roundtable™ trial software the program will not run.
What can I do to fix this?


The first question is, did you install the software to the default folder locations:

If your answer is NO, then you probably should uninstall Strategy Roundtable, then re-install it to the default folders and send us an e-mail to request a Trial Code which you will need to run the software after re-installation (it will tell you that it detected that the software was previously loaded on the PC, a true fact!).

Note that there must not be any blanks in the complete folder specification for the database files. If there are, Strategy Roundtable will not work, so uninstall and reinstall the program.

If this is NOT the problem, then something else is going on - please call us to work with you to track down the problem (unless you find another Support FAQ or Help entry with the answer first!).
