ERROR DESCRIPTION: Integrity constraint violation: no primary key value for foreign key 'FKC_describes006E' in table 'planbdgt'

then you have inadvertantly deleted from the Budget Category or Budget Type master table (menu selection Master Tables/Budget Categories or Budget Types) the entry that is listed as the default value in Roundtable Preferences (Menu selection Master Tables/Roundtable Preferences).

Please open the Roundtable Preferences master table and select a new Default Budget Category and Default Budget Type. These values are used when Strategy Roundtable creates a Budget Item corresponding to a new Key Task (Milestone).
