Beginning with your organization's strategy/strategic plan we will perform a complete assessment of your organization's IT capabilities. This assessment will include a thorough review of the MIS function as well as IT capabilities distributed among the various business units.
The assessment will determine the IT function's ability to effectively support your organization's strategic information requirements.
At the conclusion of the assessment, a full report as well as recommended actions toaddress capability shortfalls will be submitted. In addition, we will work closely with you to prepare to implement the recommendations and be available to assist you as you execute them.
