Though Dr. Brown's primary focus is in the banking, financial services and health care industries, she has worked extensively with a wide range of clients, ranging from retail to consumer products. Her senior management experience at companies such as Electronic Payment Systems, First Pennsylvania Bank and Corestates Bank gives her the knowledge and expertise to lift Gryphon Systems' clients to a higher level.
Dr. Brown holds a Masters degree in Organizational Development and a Ph.D. in Human Development and Organizational Systems. She specializes in executive coaching, strategic business planning, leadership development, and organizational design and development.
