Tracking Implementation
Even the best strategy in the world is of little value if it is cannot be effectively implemented. Strategy Roundtable™ provides not only a facility to assess the relative strategic impact of proposed actions, but also enables on-line tracking of approved projects. Through graphs and reports users can gain a complete understanding of the state of plan implementation across multiple business units and multiple business unit levels.
Project Data Export/Import
Project definition information can be transferred from Strategy Roundtable™ into Microsoft Project 2000 to create new projects and then summary task status information can be brought back into Strategy Roundtable™. This makes it possible to schedule and manage projects at a detail level in Microsoft Project and, without double data-entry, use Strategy Roundtable™ to track the overall status of strategic projects across your organization.

New graphs and reports are added in new releases of Strategy Roundtable™ based on requests from our customers. Documented data model design information will be provided on request to speed in-house development of custom reports.
Performance Measures
