Strategy Roundtable™ is flexible enough to accommodate the great majority of strategic planning methodologies in use today. The software can support virtually any corporate structure and provides multiple ways to look at collected data.
For example, Strategy Roundtable™ supports the Balanced Score Card via the assignment of Perspectives to goals and objectives and cataloging performance measures for critical success factors, goals, objectives and actions. Strategy Roundtable™ also supports variations of MBO (management by objectives) via the entry of a responsible party for business units, goals, objectives and actions.
With a little creativity from our staff of senior consultants, there are very few methodological requirements we cannot meet.
In the end, the collection of strategic planning information is a fairly straight forward process. Strategy Roundtable™ just makes it a heck of a lot easier than it's ever been and, in the bargain, adds analysis and tracking capabilities previously unavailble.
