Trajkovski & Partners Management Consulting Extends Gryphon Systems' Consulting Alliance to Eastern Europe
(WYNNEWOOD, PA) — Trajkovski & Partners Management Consulting (Trajkovski & Partners) has entered into an agreement with Gryphon Systems, Inc. to introduce Gryphon's strategic planning software, Strategy Roundtable™, to its existing and prospective management consulting clients in Macedonia and neighboring countries and support current and future clients' use of the software. In addition, Trajkovski & Partners will use Strategy Roundtable™ as a facilitation tool, to enhance their clients' strategic thinking process, and as a documentation tool, enabling rapid analysis and instant distribution of evolving strategic plans.
Trajkovski & Partners selected Strategy Roundtable™ to help its clients address critical strategic management issues such as:
- Unclear priorities among competing initiatives resulting in wasted resources/loss of focus
- After the strategic plan is published, strategy amnesia sets in resulting in increasing drift from the established strategic direction
- An inability to keep focus on what’s truly important as crises after crises is dealt with
- Thrashing of resources among projects due to ever changing priority lists resulting in lost energy, time and money
- Difficulty keeping the strategy alive and in front of management and staff on a day-to-day basis
