Plan For Excellence is Latest Consulting Alliance Program Member
(WYNNEWOOD, PA) — Plan for Excellence, Inc. has entered into an agreement with Gryphon Systems, Inc. to introduce Gryphon's strategic management software, Strategy Roundtable™, to its existing and prospective management consulting clients in the greater Chicago region and support current and future clients' use of the software. In addition, Plan for Excellence will use Strategy Roundtable™ as a facilitation tool to enhance their clients' strategic thinking process and as a documentation tool to enable rapid analysis and instant distribution of evolving strategic and tactical plans.
According to Plan for Excellence Managing Partner, Owen McGovern, “Strategy Roundtable™ makes it possible for our clients to reduce a number of costly management inefficiencies and at the same time improve the effectiveness of their strategy implementation".
Plan for Excellence selected Strategy Roundtable™ to help its clients address critical strategic management issues and improve their bottom line by:
